Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us and include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the product

• A description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement item at no cost

• A full refund

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

• The product arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• Your order was cancelled before shipment

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer size exchanges, as items are produced specifically for each order.

Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hii of Jesus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
